In this review, we will review the universal stripping tool by Multicomp. Two months ago, I applied for this road test review which was conducted by element14 and I was selected as the winner, to review the product. Basically, the product is a passive product which can be used to cut cables such as ethernet cable RJ45, flat telephone cable, coaxial cable RG59, RG6, RG7/RG11.
This tool is not meant to cut steel. Basically, it can be used to cut the outer jacket of a cable which is made of plastic. Below is the snapshot of the datasheet of the tool.
